Body Mass Index (BMI)
The Body Mass Index is a simple formula that generates a number based upon a persons weight and height. It estimates body fat and gauges the health risks of carrying too much weight.

     
18.5 or less - Underweight
18.6 - 24.9 - Normal
25 - 29.9 - Overweight
30 - 34.9 - Obese
35 - 39.9 - Largely Obese
40 or more - Extremely Obese
