How it works

Sue Kitson holds exclusive rights for Personal Training at the Braywick Gym in Maidenhead. She offers freelance Personal Trainers the opportunity of paying a reasonable pay-as-you-go hourly rate to use the gym facilities to train their clients. The gym is fully equipped with cardio, free-weights and spinning facilities. Clients are also able to access this gym on a pay-as-you-go basis outside of their own Personal Training sessions.
